Depending how long the text is, it may take 1-3 weeks

If anything happens (your side or my side) that won't allow me to continue the translation, I'll let you know and there'll be a refund
Payment
If you can make a deposit through your bank account to mine, that can be done or you can also send it to my PayPal.
Is it the same for school/homework?
Yep! If your school/homework has certain word count, the charge will be the same.
